Refund policy
One-off orders can be cancelled 72 hours before the intended delivery date and a full refund will be issued. The easiest way to cancel your order is via the "My Account" area of the Wreath Studio website. You can also cancel by contacting us through Whatsapp directly. At peak periods we begin processing orders earlier than usual, to account for the large volume of deliveries. This means that we may need up to 10 days notice for any changes to be made. “Peak periods” are defined as the 15-day period leading up to and including Christmas Day, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day and Easter Sunday. Ongoing or Fixed/Pre-paid Subscriptions can be cancelled within 7 days of the placing of the order and refunded in full (except in relation to any deliveries which have either already been made or related to which the timing of the cancellation and the timing of the next delivery are not within the timeframes related to one-off orders described above).
Can I return my order?
Please understand that due to the perishable nature of flowers, we are unable to accept return on these products. For plant returns, please contact us by email within 14 days of ordering date with a photograph of the damaged or faulty plant for review. For issues beyond our control such as airborne pests and diseases such as fungal leaf spot, we cannot accept any responsibility after 14 days.
