ORDERS

Can I amend my order?

Please contact us by Whatsapp to change the message, date and address no later than36 hours before your chosen delivery/pick-up date.You may not be able to change the details if the flowers are already out for delivery.

Can I cancel my order?

Please contact us by Whatsappno later than 72 hours before your chosen delivery/pick-up date.If a lesser period of notice is given, we will only give a refund if we have not started preparation for your order at the time notice is given. We cannot accept cancellations for Next Day / Same Day orders.

I did not receive a confirmation email, what should I do?

If you do not receive a confirmation email within a few minutes of placing your order, please check your junk folder in case it has been routed there. If the email is not there, please contact us through Whatsapp or email so that our team can rectify this for you.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard and American Express. You can also pay for your order via PayMe, Octopus Card, Alipay, or cash in store.

Can I return my order?

Please understand that due to the perishable nature of flowers, we are unable to accept return on these products. For plant returns, please contact us by email within 14 days of ordering date with a photograph of the damaged or faulty plant for review. For issues beyond our control such as airborne pests and diseases such as fungal leaf spot, we cannot accept any responsibility after 14 days.

DELIVERY SCHEDULE

  • Morning deliveries will be made between 10:00AM to 1:00PM and afternoon deliveries between 1:30PM to 6:00PM. A surcharge will be made if you wish to arrange delivery within a narrower time-period but specific time delivery cannot be guaranteed.

  • For Tung Chung and Discovery Bay, please drop us a message at +852 9540 8668.

  • We do not delivery to Hong Kong International Airport.

  • Additional delivery charge will be made for re-delivery and if we have to make additional attempts due to incorrect or incomplete delivery particulars.

  • For same day or urgent orders, please call us by phone at +852 9540 8668 to confirm the order during our opening hours.

SPECIAL WEATHER ARRANGEMENTS

Delivery will be suspended and re-scheduled when typhoon signal No.8 or above is hoisted or black rainstorm warning is in effect. Further re-arrangement of the delivery service will be made.

 

How do you deliver your flowers and plants?

They will be hand-delivered directly to your chosen address. Please make sure your address is correct. In the occasion that an incorrect address is given to us and your order has been delivered, an additional delivery fee and admin will be applied.

What if the flowers arrived when I am not home?

When you place your order, please specify your delivery preferences to include instructions when no one is home.

My flowers haven't arrived, what should I do?

Please contact us via Whatsapp or simply give us a call, we are here to assist you. Please note that we do not take responsibility for incorrect addresses. In the occasion that an incorrect address is given to us, an additional delivery fee and admin will be applied.

I don't know how to reset my password, could you help me?

FLOWER SUBSCRIPTIONS

How does it work?

Simply pick your flower arrangement and size, we will deliver them weekly, fortnightly or monthly to your designated delivery address.

You can choose your duration for 3 / 6 / 12 months of flowers.

Can I have them delivered to my office?

Sure. For office/F&B subscriptions, please contact us for details.

Can I personalise my subscriptions with flowers of my choice?

Yes, please contact us, we will find the best offer for you.

Can I change my subscription address or date during my subscription period?

Sure. Please contact us, we will change your delivery details for you.

Can I buy a flower subscription as a gift for someone else?

Sure. You can even add a personalised message to your special someone.
